A 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by a company in the Professional Services Industry based in London. Candidates can expect a salary of £29,000.
Applicants must have solid commercial experience of 2nd Line Desktop Technical Support with strong skills in:
Windows 2000/XP, Server 2000/2003, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 2003; additional skills in TCP/IP / Networking, DNS, VPN and Blackberry would be advantageous.
Additionally, experience of recording job progression within helpdesk systems would be an advantage, so too is any experience of accountancy software.
Candidates must have a good background in a helpdesk support role, with relevant experience in a small- to medium-sized professional services organisation such as Legal, Law or Accountancy industries.
