Helpdesk Manager – ITIL -Oxford– £32k pro rata

A Helpdesk Manager with ITIL experience is required by our client based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £32,000 basic is available dependent upon experience for this interim role.

The Helpdesk Manager will supervise the small helpdesk team for various enterprise scale systems, supporting internal users on Windows Operating Systems, Desktop Support and Server support as well as bespoke applications support and networking.

Additionally, you will be involved technically on 1st line to 3rd line support and administration as well as management and reporting skills. You must have strong technical skills as well as strong people management experience.

Experience working in a structured environment and ITIL certification is highly advantageous.

Essential skills:
- Previous staff management and helpdesk supervisory experience
- Windows Operating Systems Support and networking
- Hardware and Software support
- Experience supporting a large number of internal users.
- Management reporting skills and ITIL knowledge is highly desirable.

This is an excellent role for an experience IT Manager or Helpdesk Manager looking who is immediately available to commit to a 2 month contract with the option to apply for the full-time vacancy inOxford, Oxfordshire.
