Helpdesk Support Analyst – Microsoft – Crawley- £17,000

A talented Helpdesk Support Analyst is required for a position based near Crawley in West Sussex. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent people skills and a desire to improve and progress their technical skill set. A salary of up to £17,000 is available depending on experience.

Key Accountabilities;
- To provide effective 1st line support
- To meet Key Performance Indicators around the areas of user care, satisfaction and quality
- Provision of technical advice
- Ensure that all Helpdesk calls are logged and resolved / escalated

Key Skills;
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products
- Knowledge of SQL Server would be an advantage
- TCP/IP (Desirable)
