IT Support Engineer – EPOS / Retail – High Wycombe - £25k

An IT Support Engineer with strong Windows networking experience and knowledge of the retail sector is required by our client based near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. A salary of up to £25,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Engineer will support the Information Systems Manager with the implementation and support of multiple projects and retail systems support on EPOS or EFTPOS. You will provide IT Systems support and user support on Windows Desktop software and hardware as well as website support, so knowledge of web systems is highly desirable.

The IT Support Engineer must have strong experience supporting and maintaining Windows Server and Desktop as well as SQL Server and some testing skills. Previous experience working on Epos or retail management systems is highly desirable. You will be responsible for ad hoc project management on support projects covering retail sites UK wide. There is minimal requirement for travel within this role.
