IT Support Technician - MCDST - Scunthorpe - £15k

A Junior IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Analyst, with knowledge of hardware support and who is Microsoft certified, is required by a leading IT business based in Scunthorpe. A salary of up to £15k is offered depending on experience.

--- THE ROLE ---
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT support technician who will have the following:
- Experience within an IT support role
- Previous experience within an IT helpdesk environment
- Microsoft certified - MCDST / MCITP
- Ability to work within a team

--- DUTIES ---
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support
- Providing assistance either over the phone or by remote dial in
- Working as part of a busy helpdesk team to promote a first time fix attitude
