Network Support Technician - Near Worcester - £18k

A Network Support Technician, who will ideally be Microsoft certified and have knowledge of Windows Servers and Active Directory, is required by an expanding business based near Worcester.  A salary of up to £18k is offered depending on experience.

--- THE ROLE ---
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who will have the following:
- Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003/8 and Server 2008 R2
- Experience of Active Directory and MS Office 2010
- Experience of PC set up and administration
- Ideally be Microsoft certified ie MCSE, MSCA, MCITP, MCSA, MCDST, MCP

- 1st Line IT Support
- IT Administration and Systems Management
- PC and peripheral setup and configuration
- Assist with IT Procurement
- Management of support calls with 3rd party liaison where required
- General Administrative duties
