IT Support Analyst – 18 hours per week – Reading - £28k pro rata

An IT Support Analyst with strong web-base software application support experience is required by our client based in Reading, Berkshire. A salary of up to £28,000 basic is available pro rata dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Analyst will support users of internal systems and software including PCs, laptops, Smartphones and telephony as well as web application software. The IT Support Analyst must have all round knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems as well as internet and online portals as well as the ability to learn new systems.

Any knowledge or understanding how cloud infrastructures can be used by organisations to provide users with access to internal systems is useful, but no commercial experience is required.

- Strong knowledge of web application support and user support
- Strong knowledge of online software packages
- Strong MS Windows Operating Systems experience

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst with strong web based software support skills and a genuine interest in developing technologies to join a well established not-for-profit organisation based near Reading, Berkshire. The successful candidate will be based from offices near Reading, but may also be required to provide onsite support, installations and training across the Thames Valley region.
