Contract IT Recruitment

CV Screen offer an alternative to the traditional contract agency model by charging the employer a finders fee of just £500 per month (eg for a 3 month contract, we charge a finders fee of £1500).

The employer is then able to employ the contractor on a direct basis and benefit from not being charged an ongoing margin. The employer is then able to negotiate the contractor's rate directly.

This enables our clients' to recruit contractors on a direct basis and enables them to reduce their recruitment costs without compromising the quality of candidates they recruit.
