PA / Medical Secretary - Bristol


A PA / Secretary is required by our client, a Plastic Surgeon, based out of a private clinic in the Bristol area. A salary of £24,000 to £28,000 is available for either a full-time or part-time position.

The PA Secretary will be working from the Private Clinic offices or from home, engaging with several hospitals and helplines, managing the appointments for the surgeon’s private work commitments as well as official medical correspondence. Prior experience working within medical/surgical administration (preferably in private sector) and knowledge of Practice Management is essential.

The PA / Secretary will be responsible to managing enquiries via phone and email, registering bookings and appointment, diary management, theatre booking as well as invoicing and correspondence letters.
