IT Account Manager
An IT Account Manager with experience developing new business and managing client relationships is required by our software development client with a Head Office based in Berkshire. This role will ideally be field based near Stoke-on-Trent with applicants willing and able to drive across the Midlands and North West.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for upselling and winning new business by delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. They also project manage the implementation of new customer installations and maintain the overall commercial relationship with their customers with the goal of growing their existing accounts.
You will have proven experience researching and identifying potential new clients and then preparing delivering tailored product presentations for prospective customers. You will have experience identifying customer specific system requirements and effectively communicating these requirements and their prioritisation to the support/development teams.
- Client relationship and account management

- Coordinating on site client visits, presentations and consultancy meetings

- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft networks and operating systems

Basic salary from £30k plus commission to £40k+ in year one + pension and perks.
