An experienced Accounts person, with a good understanding of accountancy is required for a support role based just outside Bristol. A salary of up to £21,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will work for a company who have created an accountancy software. You will be the first port of call to support users with any issues. You will log and resolve new support calls.
You must have a good understanding of accountancy, in order to understanding this software. You must have excellent communication skills and organisational skills.

The Accounts Software Support Assistant will ideally have the following experience:
- Any experience supporting an Accountancy Software would be advantageous
- Accounts knowledge, or experience as an Account Assistant
- AAT qualification would be great
