Administrator - Part time

Role Overview
An Administrator is required, on a part-time basis for a Nursery school based in Liverpool. An hourly rate of £9.25 is offered, for 21 hours per week, depending on experience.

You will report to the Finance Manager covering a variety of duties. You will respond to queries both via telephone and email. You will correspond finance purchases from each nursery site onto the finance system. You will also record staff absences including sickness and annual leave.

You will manage staff personnel records and type of staff meeting minutes.

Skills Required
The Administrator will ideally have the following experience:

-          Experience in an Admin role
-          Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages – mostly Excel
-          Experience working in a nursery would be a huge advantage
-          Any knowledge of HR or Payroll processes would be a huge advantage

Salary / Benefits
Up to £9.25 per hour + Benefits

21 hours per week, one must be a Monday
