An experienced Bookkeeper, looking for a diverse role is required for a family run business based near Guildford. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will be responsible for all financial management, ensuring that across the business’ the accounts are looked after. You will analyse the costs and be encouraged to find valuable savings. You must have experience preparing budgets and calculating VAT. You must be prepared to report weekly.
You will also have the time and capacity to mange the small family-run office. Duties will include keeping the office organised, responsible for office supplies and diary coordination. You may be asked to deal with the additional PA duties such as booking travel accommodation.

- Experience as a Bookkeeper using Xero software
- Happy to complete a range of tasks and duties
- Excellent IT and MS Office skills
- Impeccable organisation skills
- An interest in horses would be a strong advantage
