Role Overview
An experienced Customer Service Advisor, who will ideally have extensive experience of working in the travel / holiday sector and strong customer service skills and a background in group bookings, is required by a leading business in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. A salary of up to £18,000 plus benefits is offered depending on experience. 

As the Customer Service Advisor,  you will support customers in preparing costings and creating proposals for customers (travel trade), booking all services and ‘operating’ groups (remotely from the office) through our own offices or through partners in other countries.

Required Skills
The Customer Service Advisor will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience with a travel agency / tour company would be great
- Excellent written communication skills
