Customer Service Advisor


An experienced Customer Service Advisor is required by a leading security and alarm business based in Newbury with a starting salary of up to £19,000, Annual Bonus, 25 days Annual leave + BH, Life Assurance (x4 Salary) and Free fruit in the office. 

CV Screen is recruiting for a leading provider of security and alarms based in Newbury. You’ll be joining a growing Customer Service team where you’ll be handling inbound calls and emails to assist customers with a variety of product related questions or issues.

CV Screen is recruiting for a leading provider of security and alarms who’s been established for over 10 years.

Required skills:

The Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience;

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Electronic principles – BTEC, ONC or similar qualification passed or in progress would be highly desirable or mobile telecommunication equipment would be desirable.
  • Foreign language skills (Dutch/French/Swedish) would be desirable.

Salary:
Basic salary to £19,000

Annual Bonus, 25 days Annual leave + BH, Life Assurance (x4 Salary) and Free fruit in the office.

Commutable from Swindon, Hungerford, Reading and surrounding areas.
