Customer Support Executive

A Customer Support Executive, with experience as a teacher in a primary school is required for a Technology company, in the education sector based in Hull. A salary of up to £21,500 across 12 months is offered for a term-time only position, depending on experience.
You will be the customers first ‘port of call’ and provide advice via telephone, email and live chat. You will deliver training, remotely. You will assist in creating, testing and keeping up to date training material to suit the education sector.
You will liaise with the in-house support team to ensure swift resolution to queries.
To apply for this role, you must have experience as a teacher, or in an educational environment where you have used educational assessment software.

The Customer Support Executive will ideally have the following experience:
- Experience working in a school environment and using assessment software
- Excellent telephone manner and communications skills
- Good IT skills especially MS Office packages
Salary / Benefits
Up to £21,500 + benefits
Term time only!
You will be required to work an additional 10 days throughout the academic year.
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
