We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator ideally from a logistics or transportation background to join a highly successful company within the construction industry. The role will be placed within the company’s distribution warehouse office.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all our clients deports dealing with the distribution warehouse. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with the order process from start to finish, ensuring the correct paperwork is passed to the relevant departments.
As the company Administrator you would be in charge of the day to day administration of the office and we are looking for an individual who has excellent excel skills. The main areas of the role would be covering deliveries / collections order processing, stock control and reports on KPI’s and issue logging.
Responsibilities / Skills required:
· Experience within an administration role ideally within a logistics or transportation role.
· Day to day administration
· Excellent Excel skills
· Good communication skills
· Liaising with multiple departments within the business
