Service Desk Analyst 

A Service Desk Analyst is required for a successful market leading Software House based in Cambridge.

You  will provide 1st line / Helpdesk support to internal users as well as helping the IT team with the development and maintenance of the IT systems.

You will join a team of it support professionals, providing technical assistance to offices in the UK and America.

This is a superb position in which you will establish yourself at a company who create cutting edge software solutions.

Required skills:

- General 1st line support
- Routine maintenance of systems
- Assist the IT team with the development and maintenance of IT systems
- Helpdesk support
- Strong Windows knowledge, ideally with some knowledge of Linux


Basic salary to £25,000 plus benefits and progression opportunities
