IT Helpdesk Analyst

An experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst, who will have strong Microsoft Server, Exchange and Active Directory skills, solid networking experience, and ideally, experience from within a MSP (supporting external clients), is required by a leading business based in Chipping Sodbury. A salary of up to £25,000 is offered depending on experience.
As the IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will join a highly skilled Remote Support Team and provide a high level of telephone and remote assistance to customers and field engineers. This helpdesk team play a vital role in the support operation, they ensure all customers receive responses and resolutions well within their contracted SLA's.
The IT Helpdesk Analyst will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Server and Active Directory
- Excellent telephone skills and strong written communications
- Solid networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DCHP, etc)
- Holding a MCP certification would be an advantage as would any Mac OSX knowledge!
Basic salary to £25,000 + Benefits
