IT Service Desk Analyst

Role Overview
An IT Service Desk Analyst is required for a leading technology company based in Basingstoke. A salary of up to £25,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will provide 1st line support to customer, conducting a triage for all incident and problem tickets to be escalated to the appropriate support teams. You will ensure that all customer tickets raised are resolved within the agreed SLA, whilst ensuring that customers are kept updated at all times.

Skills Required
The IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following experience:

-          Experience in a customer-support role.
-          Foundation level ITIL qualification
-          Excellent IT skills and knowledge
-          First-class customer service skills
