IT Support Technician

An IT Support Technician is required to provide support for various UK clients by our Managed Service Provider client based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. A salary of up to £23,000 is available for the right applicant.
The IT Support Technician will support clients as a technical point of contact responsible for troubleshooting network infrastructure and Windows Operating Systems. You will have a good knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and resolving issues for hardware and software meeting SLAs and keep standards to a high level.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 1st Line Support Analyst, who is ambitious and passionate about the work they do. If successful, you will work on some of the following technologies: MS Exchange / Active Directory / Windows Server / Windows Desktop / DHCP / DNS / TCP/IP.
Our client is an expanding organisation offering Business Services and IT Solutions for a variety of clients based locally to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
- Strong customer services experience
- Previous IT Support preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Some experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server
