An IT Support Analsyt is required to provide support for various UK clients by our Managed Service Provider client based in Portishead, Bristol. A salary of up to £25,000 is available for the right applicant.
The IT Support Analyst will support clients as a technical point of contact in the Software Support team responsible for troubleshooting management software applications based on Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server operating systems. You will have a good knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and resolving issues for hardware and software meeting SLAs and keep standards to a high level.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 2nd line Support Technician or 1st Line applicant, who is ambitious and passionate about the work they do. If successful, you will work on some of the following technologies: MS Exchange / Active Directory / Windows Server / Windows Desktop / DHCP / DNS / TCP/IP.
Our client is an expanding organisation offering Business Services and IT Solutions for a variety of clients based locally to Portishead, Somerset.
- Strong customer services experience
- Previous IT Support preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Some experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server
