An experienced Scheduling Administrator is required for a Facilities Management company based in Godalming. A salary of up to £20,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will sit a small team reporting to the Operations Director. You will receive and log issues reported from landlords and property managers, via telephone and email. You will need to assign the works to the relevant contractors and liaise with them to obtain updates and progress reports.

The Scheduling Administrator will ideally have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Any experience in Facilities Management would be a huge advantage
Due to the remote location of this role, the ideal candidate will drive with their own transport.
Commute from Guildford, Farnham and Cranleigh
