Senior Sales Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who must have experience of leading and growing large sales teams. This is a completley office based role in our client headquarters focusing on ensuring that all Sales team members are achieving targets and hitting their KPI's, whilst continuing to grow and train the sales team. Applicants must have vast previous experience in a senior sales management role and must come from a B2B sales background
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and motivating team members, as well as reporting on performances and ensuring team members are always acting in accordance with company principles.
You’ll be confident in your abilities to exceed expectation and juggle multiples responsibilities, and would describe yourself as a strong leader, capable of mentoring, monitoring and advising your team. This is the perfect role for an experienced individual who craves the buzz of working in a vibrant office environment where no two days are the same, whilst also taking your career to the next level, too.
