Service Desk Analyst

An experienced Service Desk Analyst is required for a well-known leading company with offices based in Reigate. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will work with the Solutions Helpdesk team to deliver diagnosis and resolution to customer across a range of imaging software solutions and multifunctional devices.
You will work within the ITIL framework, to meet customer services level agreements. You will already have knowledge of Active Directory and Server logs. It would be a distinct advantage if you have knowledge of SQL.

The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role – preferably Microsoft Enterprise experience
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with ITIL frameworks
- Any knowledge of Uniflow would be a huge advantage
