Vehicle Rental Administrator

A Vehicle Rental Administrator is required for a successful rental company to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring high levels of customer service to new and existing customers.This position will co-ordinate vehicle reservations, collections, deliveries along with providing an effective first point of contact for the client base.

A salary of up to £20,000 is available for the right candidate.

Skills Required

-          Provide all customers with a dedicated car hire reservations service
-          Process hire requests, amendments and terminations for customers
-          Handle all customer queries efficiently
-          To continually work within our set SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
-          Build and maintain good working relationships with all customer's
-          Great attention to detail
-          Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
