The Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and owning marketing campaigns and mentoring the Marketing team to generate leads, promote the brand and product/service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and execution of the Direct Marketing strategy
Ensure all external communication is consistent with the brand guidelines
Manage the Direct Marketing budget and forecast and maintain proficient accounts
Evaluate campaign expenditure against leads to ensure maximum ROI
Handle all campaign activity, including email, postal, telemarketing, and website
Delivery of all event marketing activity in-line with attendance targets
Disciplined and deadline focused approach to campaign set up
Record and analyse all campaign results and produce reports to be circulated
Skills / Attributes Required
Knowledge of the full marketing mix
This role requires you to have commercial experience in campaign management within a direct marketing environment
Solid project management skills
Good numerate abilities, able to interpret and understand complex commercial analysis, often discussing at an analytical level
Good understanding of test and learn strategies in a direct marketing environment
