The role of the Events Coordinator is to assist the Events Manager in the organisation, administration and set up of events/exhibitions for the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the research and planning of events
Responsible for all event administration
Work with the PR team to ensure press coverage and relevant editorial opportunities are fulfilled
Organisation of marketing collateral and event material/stand equipment
Set up at the venue, this may involve some overnight stays or working weekends
Booking staff accommodation and travel arrangements where applicable
Skills / Attributes Required
Prior experience in Events
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
Confident dealing with clients and internal resources
