Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Job Overview

Working as a key part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator supports the implementation of the Marketing programme, covering all areas of the marketing mix including regular analysis of marketing trends.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilising the CRM  to provide analysis that supports the creation of new marketing programmes
  • Effectively communicate briefs to external agencies for PR, Creative and Web design
  • The analysis of post and pre-campaigns
  • Providing support with tactical marketing activity in order to achieve sales targets
  • Regularly analysing market trends (i.e. competitor behaviour and industry news)
  • Providing ideas for PR activity both on and offline
  • Updating the company website to ensure all information is current
  • Following the brand image for all marketing collateral

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of the full marketing mix
  • Proven experience of coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organiser
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Desire to progress within marketing
  • CIM qualified or equivalent
