We recruit across the full spectrum of logistics, supply chain and operations roles, including (but not limited to):
Logistics & Operations Management – overseeing end-to-end operational performance across warehousing, transport and fulfilment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, cost control and smooth day-to-day running of logistics functions.
Warehouse Management & Supervisory Roles – leading teams responsible for goods-in, picking/packing, stock handling, quality checks and dispatch, while improving warehouse processes, layout, equipment usage and H&S compliance.
Supply Chain & Inventory Specialists – managing demand planning, stock control, forecasting and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise supply chain disruption.
Transport & Fleet Management – coordinating fleet operations, driver scheduling, route planning, compliance with UK transport regulations and cost-efficient delivery performance.
Import, Export & Customs Compliance – handling UK/EU and international customs processes, export documentation, incoterms, trade compliance and liaison with freight forwarders, carriers and regulatory bodies.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation – delivering operational improvements through lean methodologies, automation, workflow redesign, KPI implementation and data-driven decision making.
Logistics Planning & Coordination – ensuring efficient movement of goods through order processing, delivery scheduling, tracking, customer updates and coordination between warehouse, transport and customer service teams.
Health & Safety & Compliance Roles – maintaining H&S standards, conducting audits, managing risk assessments, training teams and ensuring adherence to UK regulatory requirements across all logistics environments.
Our placement fees for permanent recruitment are 15% of the basic salary.
We also offer a rebate covering the first 100 days of the candidates’ employment to provide you with additional peace of mind when hiring.
